Hello Divya, it depends on purpose of opening a school, is it for making money or educating rural areas,
If it is to educate rural areas, i suggest you to put more investment on education than on comforts, i.e. books, educational equipment, etc and if it is for making money put equal amount on both education and comfort i.e. you should provide both facilities education related and also comfort like better dormitories (if you are planning for a residential school) which will attract more middle class families.

Selection of place to set up the organisation also plays an important role, if it is purely residential then not to bother about location, you just have to worry about transportation of goods for your school, if its semi residential then i suggest you to setup nearby a city or town.
In either case please make sure that there is a small village/small town very nearer to the school.
